How to order

1. Choose Your Product Option

On the product you wish to purchase, select your item from the “Choose an Option” drop-down list. For example, on Kandla Grey 22mm Calibrated, you may choose: “4 Size Project Pack x 22mm – 64 pcs – 20m² per pack.”

2. Confirm Quantity & Add to Cart

Once selected, the product and pack price excluding VAT will be shown. Confirm the required quantity, meaning the number of packs, then click “Add to Cart.”

3. Add More Items if Needed

There is no continue shopping button. If you need additional items such as jointing compound or accessories, simply find the product and add it to your basket by selecting the required options and quantity.

To remove an item from your basket, click the “X” beside that item and it will be deleted.

4. View Basket & Checkout

When you have finished shopping, place your cursor over the cart tab. You can then view your basket and proceed to checkout. You may also ship to a different address by ticking the box and entering the delivery address.

There is also a comments box where you can add useful delivery notes, such as: “Live in cul-de-sac, reverse in” or “Third house after pub.” Landmarks are always helpful, especially for named houses.

5. Complete Payment

Choose your preferred payment card and complete all required information boxes marked with an asterisk. Once completed, click “Proceed.”

Our website uses 3D Secure, which is extra security provided by your card issuer. If payment fails, it is most likely due to this security process and not our website. Please contact your card issuer for support.

If your payment fails, your order can still stand. We will call you at the earliest opportunity and can take payment over the phone.

6. Order Confirmation

You will receive two emails: one confirming your order and one confirming your payment. We will also call you to thank you for your order and arrange delivery.

Depending on when you place your order, this call may be within a couple of hours, the next day, or on Monday morning if the order is placed over the weekend.

Delivery Information

Please remember, our standard delivery is “roadside drop” only and is the most cost-effective option available. This is included in the price.

Any other arrangement regarding where your stone can or cannot be placed is between you and the delivery driver. We cannot deliver onto gravel areas, up kerbs, or similar restricted areas.
