Standard Delivery – FREE
Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days

Express Delivery – £50
Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days

Orders must be placed before 11:00am on the previous working day (Monday–Friday) to qualify for Express Delivery.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier schedules, supplier availability, traffic conditions or weather.

3. Delivery Method

Deliveries are carried out by third-party pallet distribution networks.

Standard delivery is kerbside delivery only, meaning the pallet will be delivered to the nearest safe location at the roadside or the bottom of a driveway unless otherwise agreed.

Deliveries are typically made using tail-lift vehicles and pallet trucks.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • suitable access for delivery vehicles
  • a hard and level surface for unloading
  • someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery

Large delivery vehicles may be required and customers must inform us of any access restrictions before ordering.

4. Delivery Areas

Standard delivery is included for most mainland UK addresses.

Additional delivery charges may apply for certain postcode areas including:

AB / DD / IV / KA27–28 / PA20–75 / PH / PO30–41

Please contact us before placing an order if your postcode falls within these areas.

5. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery Charges

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery can take place.

If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances such as:

  • no one available to receive the delivery
  • restricted or blocked access
  • unsafe unloading conditions
  • incorrect delivery information

the courier may return the goods to the depot.

In these circumstances re-delivery charges may apply. These charges are determined by the pallet courier network and may be similar to the original delivery cost.

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delivery dates are provided in good faith only.

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control including courier delays, vehicle breakdowns, traffic incidents or adverse weather.

Paving etc Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses including:

  • labour costs
  • contractor fees
  • installation costs
  • project delays
  • loss of earnings

resulting from delivery delays.

Customers are strongly advised not to arrange installers or contractors until goods have been delivered and inspected.

7. Inspection of Goods

Customers should inspect deliveries on arrival where possible.

If goods cannot be fully checked at the time of delivery, customers should sign the delivery note as “Unchecked”.

All goods must be unpacked and inspected within 72 hours of delivery.

Any damage, shortages or delivery issues must be reported within 72 hours by emailing:

sales@pavingetc.co.uk

Photographs should be provided where possible to allow us to investigate with the courier.

This reporting requirement does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

8. Natural Stone & Porcelain Variation

Many of our products are natural or manufactured materials that may vary between batches.

Natural stone and porcelain paving may vary in:

  • colour
  • shade
  • texture
  • tone
  • surface appearance

Product photographs are provided as guidance only and exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

Customers should ensure they order sufficient materials for their project at the same time, as additional orders placed later may not match the original batch.

For best results, paving should be laid by mixing slabs from multiple packs during installation.

9. Installation Responsibility

All products must be inspected before installation or laying.

Any visible defects or concerns must be reported before installation.

Once goods have been installed or used they are considered accepted, and we cannot accept responsibility for:

  • removal of materials
  • reinstallation costs
  • labour charges
  • contractor fees

10. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right you must notify us by email at:

sales@pavingetc.co.uk

If goods have already been delivered, they must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

11. Returns

Returned goods must be:

  • unused
  • in their original packaging where possible
  • in a resaleable condition

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if goods are returned damaged or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

12. Heavy Goods Returns & Haulage Charges

Because many of our products are heavy palletised building materials, returns require specialist pallet courier collection.

If you cancel your order after goods have been dispatched or delivered, you will be responsible for the cost of return transport and any associated handling charges.

These charges are determined by the pallet courier network and may be significant due to the size and weight of the goods.

Where we arrange the return collection on your behalf, the return haulage cost will be deducted from the refund issued.

If goods have already left the depot or entered the delivery network, cancellation may not be possible without incurring return haulage charges.

Customers should ensure they order sufficient materials for their project, as returning heavy goods may involve substantial transport costs.

13. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Where we arrange collection of returned goods, the collection cost may be deducted from the refund.

14. Klarna Refunds

If payment was made using Klarna, refunds will be processed through Klarna.

Once we issue the refund, Klarna will adjust your payment plan or return funds to your original payment method.

Any applicable return haulage or re-delivery charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

15. VAT

All prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

VAT will be applied at the current UK rate during checkout.
